LingQ is a language learning application that helps users learn new languages with everyday content. I joined the team mainly as an android developer and later offer assistance to the iOS team. I assisted in launching the all-new version of the latest tech stack recommendations for Android. We heavily used jetpack libraries and MVVM architecture to model the new version of the application. I assisted with some custom views like graphs without the use of libraries to keep the app thin and efficient. I also help in unit, instrumentation, and end to end which enables us to ship high-quality applications.
