Swoove is a logistics aggregator that helps to fulfill door-to-door deliveries. There is a suite of applications that helps make this possible and I worked mainly on consumer-facing applications. I helped launch a major update to the customer app that helps users to place requests for deliveries to be fulfilled by aggregated couriers. I also worked on the agent application that helps couriers manage the logistics involved in fulfilling the deliveries. Users have real-time tracking of all the various stages the delivery goes through.
